Booking terms and conditions

We have car parking on site. Please note that cars are parked entirely at owner’s risk.

All cancellations received one week or less before the check-in date will be charged the full amount for the first night. No shows will be charged the full amount for the stay.

Group bookings for the whole house will need to give a month's cancellation notice or they will be charged the full amount for the stay.

A 10% deposit will be taken at the time of booking..

We take pre-orders for breakfast the night before and allocating time slots, just so the dining room doesn't get too full.

You can check in from 3.30 pm - 6pm on the day of arrival. If you'd like to arrive earlier or later, just let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Please check out by 11am. We will take payment and email you an invoice on the day of your departure.

Stow House is a non-smoking establishment.

Alcohol – As we are licensed we ask that guests do not drink their own alcohol in the public areas or grounds of Stow House.

We accept well-behaved dogs in bedrooms and public areas and they must be kept on a lead and under control whilst in the public areas. Visiting dogs are not allowed on the beds or any soft furnishings

We have secure storage for bikes.
